Our purpose is to foster sustainable growth in the small business sector, leading to more family-wage jobs and greater individual financial security. ACF focuses on providing development loans to emerging small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and micro credit to subsistence entrepreneurs in urban and peri-urban areas of Kazakhstan.  ACF also provides mortgage loans, including home improvement loans, to encourage home ownership in safe, affordable housing.

ACF helps its clients develop their businesses by providing professional assistance in the form of information and business advisory services, and supports entrepreneurs by providing them access to a network of technical assistance providers and successful local business people

We contribute to the development of a civil society by promoting clients' rights with various professional and governmental organizations and by advising clients about alternative courses of action to effectively deal with bureaucratic obstacles.
