ACF’s financial services are designed to promote small business development and home ownership in select cities and villages throughout the country.
ACF has come a long way in the past decade, transitioning from a donor-dependent non-profit to a self-sustaining lending organization and business development resource for entrepreneurs. ACF has successfully operated in a complex environment in Kazakhstan, having disbursed more than $35 million to almost 25,000 micro and small businesses. Loans provided by ACF have helped to create and retain almost 51,000 jobs in Kazakhstan. Being a niche financial institution, ACF follows the model of a community lending institution, providing custom-tailored financial solutions, business advice and technical assistance to its clients through well-trained personnel and through referrals to members of ACF’s partner network.
Headquartered in Almaty, ACF has three branches in Semei, Karaganda and Taraz cities and 21 sub-offices in rural areas of the regions with ACF presence.
